Airport pickup at Tribhuvan International Airport, accommodation at the hotel tier you choose (3-star, boutique, 4-star, or luxury), a private English-speaking guide every day, daily transport in a private vehicle, entry tickets to all UNESCO World Heritage Sites and other sites in the itinerary, daily breakfast, two cultural dinners, and the airport drop-off at the end. Our most popular 7-day Classic package runs USD 690–980 per person depending on hotel tier and group size. A short 4-day Glimpse starts at USD 320 per person, and a 10-day Deep Dive with Pokhara is USD 1,250–1,750 per person. These are all-inclusive prices — airport pickup, hotel, private guide, transport, entries, and meals listed above. We send a fixed quote after you tell us your dates.
October and November are peak season — clear mountain views, dry weather, and festival season (Dashain, Tihar). March to early May is the second-best window with warm days and blooming rhododendrons. We run trips year-round; June–September is monsoon (lower prices, lush valley views, occasional rain), and December–February is cold but quiet with the best Himalayan visibility.
Most nationalities can get a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport — USD 30 for 15 days, USD 50 for 30 days, USD 125 for 90 days, payable in cash (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD accepted). Bring one passport photo. Indian citizens don't need a visa. Citizens of Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria, Zimbabwe, and Swaziland must apply at the Nepali embassy in advance. Your concierge guide will help you with the visa-on-arrival form on arrival day.
For peak season (October–November and March–April) we recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead so we can lock the best hotels. Off-season we can usually arrange a trip with 7–10 days' notice. Last-minute (under a week) is possible but we can't guarantee the boutique hotel tier.
Yes — every itinerary is custom. The Glimpse / Classic / Deep Dive tiers on this page are starting shapes; we redesign them around your dates, fitness level, must-see sites, dietary needs, and pace. Honeymoon, family with kids, photography focus, festival timing — all welcome. Just write what you care about in the inquiry form and we'll build around it.
We track your inbound flight number and adjust the pickup automatically. If you're delayed, your driver waits — there's no extra fee for the first 4 hours. If your trip itself shifts dates due to flight changes, we'll move the hotel and guide schedule one time at no charge.
Yes. Every guide is licensed by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and trained on the history, religion, and architecture of the UNESCO sites they cover. All concierge guides are vetted for fluent, conversational English. We can also arrange guides who speak Hindi, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin on request — please mention this in the inquiry.
A 30% deposit confirms the trip, paid via QR transfer to Kumari Bank or international bank wire. The remaining 70% is due on arrival day, payable in cash (USD, EUR, GBP, NPR) or by card with a small surcharge. We're a registered Nepali company (Nepal Darshan Complete Tourism Pvt. Ltd., licensed by the Department of Tourism since 2017) and you'll get a formal invoice with our PAN/VAT details for your records.
Free full refund up to 14 days before arrival. Cancel 7–14 days out and you keep your deposit as credit toward a future trip (valid 12 months). Cancel inside 7 days and the deposit is forfeited because hotels and guides have been pre-paid. We strongly recommend travel insurance with trip-cancellation cover.
